HMG has a long history of completing successful and high standard construction projects. Our senior director has traded as a builder for over forty years, with repeat clients spanning back over 27 years within Cornwall.

 In August 2010, Junior Director Neil Harding BA Hons completed his two year national certificate in Construction at Cornwall College giving the company even greater contractual knowledge in the administration of building and electrical contracting work. 

 We are happy to undertake variety of building projects including:

Ø Extensions, new builds and volume housing
Ø Remodels of existing properties, including refurbishments and renovations
Ø Loft conversions and dormer installations.
Ø Kitchen and bathroom installations
Ø Hard and soft landscaping.

 HMG also carries the design and installation of glass and stainless guarding for both internal and external projects; for instance first floor French door openings, and landscaped areas around staircases and stairwells. Please see the gallery for examples.

  All the craftsmen and engineers we work with are tradesmen in their own field of expertise, meaning we don’t employ jobbing builders but trade specific operatives, ensuring an extremely high standard of work.

 We procure work on both an ‘open tender’ or ‘negotiated tender’ basis, whereby we work closely with our clients to produce a project that is suited to their budget, without compromising the quality of workmanship.
