Laundry Services

We would strongly advise that you use our linen and towels in your property - it's both convenient and cost effective, saving you the time and effort involved in cleaning and replacing linen.

Our linen price covers laundry cost, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, damaged linen, missing linen and stained linen. Mattress protectors are also cleaned as required at no extra cost.

Using our services means you are not required to provide and maintain a full 3 sets of linen that can take up valuable storage space in your property.

All our linen is pure white 200 thread count Egyptian cotton, and maintained to an extremely high standard. We only use Oxford pillowcases to ensure true quality and comfort. The towels we can supply are also all pure white Egyptian cotton and we use oversized bath sheets as standard for maximum luxury.

Our linen and towels are supplied as follows:

1 Single Set: 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 pillowcases
1 Double Set: 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 4 pillowcases
1 King Set: 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 4 pillowcases
1 Super King Set:1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover, 4 pillowcases
1 Towel Set: 1 bath sheet, 1 hand towel
1 bath mat is left per bathroom, or 2 if the bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and bath tub.

 All linen and towels are provided on a set cost, making pricing unique to each property
