Building Maintenance
On appointment as facilities manager of your property, we would look to provide a maintenance schedule to ensure a safe and friendly service to your guests. This schedule will prioritise work required to ensure the high standards that your guests expect. This could range from construction work through to minor maintenance work and repairs.
Reactive Maintenance
If a problem occurs HMG will swiftly send a craftsman or engineer to your premises. As this is a commercial contract you will be given priority over our domestic clients. This service is charged at an hourly rate.
Preventative Maintenance
This is a regular schedule of maintenance to be agreed with you and a quotation will be prepared prior to the commencement of works. This will cover important areas such as gutter clearing and drain flushing which are often overlooked leading to problems later on.
Cyclical Maintenance
Annual or bi-annual schedules that can be put together to cover areas such as redecoration and refurbishment. Quotations will be provided and every effort will be made to schedule these works during seasonal closures or quiet periods.
We will work with you to agree a level of maintenance suited to your needs and within your budget constraints, thereby managing the risk of unexpected large costs due to low levels of maintenance.
