Property Services

We clean on departure to ensure that the property is restored to its required standard. Our Changeover includes a full bedmaking service, full kitchen de-grease, clean, and crockery check, appliance clean down, visual inventory check, entire house vacuumed with our Hepa filter vacuums, including the moving of furniture, washing of hard floors, full sanitisation of the bathroom(s), light bulbs are all fully checked, and internal windows are cleaned as required.

Our cleaning services all include options for a mid-stay clean, a refresh service for properties that have been empty for two weeks or more, and a deep clean which we recommend

We cover a large geographical area with managed properties and construction projects in North, Mid and West Cornwall. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and attention to detail and we are dedicated to maintaining high standards. Our comprehensive maintenance services are tailored to the needs of our clients and their properties.

We love where we live and work and are proactive in our approach to respect the local environment and work as part of the community. All our properties have recycling facilities, garden waste is composted wherever possible, and we use an eco-friendly linen cleaning service.
